Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 4
Salt – ½ tablespoons
Chopped Garlic Cloves – 2
Sugar – 1 Teaspoon
Oregano – ¼ teaspoon
Onion (chopped) – 1
Tomato Sauce – 2 tablespoons
Chili Flakes – ¼ teaspoon
Chili Powder – ¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Cooking Oil – 1 TBSP
Process
Make little cuts on tomatoes and boil for 3 minutes. Let them cool down.
Afterwards, peel off their skin. Take two tomatoes and chop them into pieces. Make a paste (tomato puree) out of other two tomatoes.
Now, on medium flame, add cooking oil to the pan and add chopped garlic and onion. Stir them until they become a little brown.
Next, add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and cook it for a minute. Now add salt, sugar, oregano, chili flakes, chili powder, and black pepper to it. Once all in, cook it for a minute.
Now add the tomato sauce. On low medium flame, Simmer it for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Let it cool down a bit. Your pizza sauce is ready.
